How the College works
Formation, built into the semester
Weeks 1 and 2 are for resumption and orientation. Weeks 11 and 12 belong to revision and exams. The eight weeks between are the spiritual prime of the semester — and they belong to formation.
Christ-centred teaching
Every session reveals, explains, or applies the person of Jesus, anchored in Scripture and written for students.
Two phases, in sequence
Every member moves through the phases in order — Membership Class first, then Worker Training Class. No one is rushed, no one is left behind.
Formed, then honoured
Graduates are recognised each year at the Anniversary and Handing Over — a sign that leadership flows from formation.

The path every disciple walks
The College curriculum is delivered in phases, not unsorted classes. Everyone begins at Phase 1; Worker Training follows once Membership is complete.

Membership Class
The new membership foundation — who Jesus is, genuine conversion, and the beginnings of a life that follows Him.
Phase 2
Worker Training Class
Training effective workers — doctrine, character, and the competencies to serve and lead in the house of God.

The College is more than a library of videos. Students learn together, grow through both phases, and are publicly received as graduates of a shared discipleship journey.

The rhythm
One lesson at a time, truth lived out
The College faculty keeps the class moving together through each semester. Weekly bundles open in sequence so every teaching can be received, reflected on, and practised before the next step.
Graduation
Formation, celebrated
Each year the College's graduates are honoured on the same day as the Anniversary, Thanksgiving, and Handing Over — a sign that leadership in CCCFSP flows from formation, not popularity.

What to know
- The Discipleship College is part of the journey for every member of the parish.
- Everyone begins at Phase 1, the Membership Class.
- Worker Training (Phase 2) follows once Membership is complete.
- Lessons are released through the semester and completed in curriculum order.
- Graduation is held annually with the Anniversary and Handing Over.
Faculty. The College is led by a Faculty Registrar, Akinola John, assisted by Adefare Emmanuel, with teaching faculty drawn from the parish alumni.
